Should you experience any issues with their EPIC login during your scheduled rotation, they will need to follow these instructions to create their own Help Desk ticket using this new portal. 

This information will also be emailed to all students / residents  along with their EPIC login prior to the start of their rotation.

Go to www.methodisthospitals.org

1.      Click on “Internal”

2.      Click on “Help Desk Ticket Portal”

 3.      Click on “Sign up to submit and track your service requests”

4.      Enter information for your new account.

5.     Click on “Sign Up”

6.      Follow the instructions in the email that is sent to you.

7.     Once your account has been created:

9.     Click on “Internal”

10.  Click on “Help Desk Ticket Portal”

11.  You can access your account and submit Incidents/Service Requests
