Student Checklist:
2 weeks prior to coming to All Saints Hospital
Complete the online orientation. An automated e-mail will be sent to your school e-mail account once your school has requested your clinical placement at All Saints. The e-mail contains instructions regarding what orientation items need to be completed and there is a username/password within the e-mail that you will use to complete your orientation. Please note that the orientation should be completed no more than 2 weeks prior to your clinical rotation at our site.
1-2 weeks prior to coming to All Saints Hospital
Contact Amy Curruchich, clinical coordinator/CRNA via e-mail at Amy_Curruchich@teamhealth.com. E-mail your name, a contact phone number, and the types of cases/experiences that you would benefit from. We will give you your badge and locker on your first day.
Your 1st day at All Saints
Someone will meet you in the main lobby (near the gift shop and information desk) at 0645 on your first day and bring you into the OR.
Daily COVID Check
Students/Visitors - Will complete COVID-19 self-screening by scanning the QR code below or by signing the visitor log located at entrance for tracking purposes, as applicable. Please complete screening daily upon arrival at the facility. Alternate practices may be identified at some hospitals in lieu of above.
*Note: Students are reminded that in addition to using the Passive Screening prior to every shift they are required to adhere to the following additional measures: 100% masking when in any AW facility, maintain social distancing, remain 6 feet apart while eating/drinking. Department leaders will be ensuring compliance through random spot checks as appropriate. Failure to comply with the identified accommodation will result in corrective action.
