Housing Adjustments

If you need additional funding for cost incurred due to your distant clinical rotations.

You can request additional Grad PLUS Loans to cover housing expenses for an away rotation by completing the request for additional loans. The request must be for the current quarter and the reservation must be under your name only. If you will be sharing your reservation with another person you may only receive half of the maximum daily amount (your name must also be on the reservation). Completing this form does not guarantee that you will receive additional funding. All increases will be reviewed and considered fairly and in a timely fashion.

Fall Quarter: Submit request for away rotations in September, October or November

Winter Quarter: Submit request for away rotations in December, January, or February

Spring Quarter: Submit request for away rotations in March, April, or May

Summer Quarter: Submit request for away rotations in June, July, or August
