If you haven't done so already, you will also want to install the "Add-on" Adobe Acrobat Reader for Google Drive--and I have attached a document with screenshots that will walk you through the simple process of doing this.
Be sure you are signed into your RFU Gmail account on your computer
Click on any PDF that is attached to an email--like the one I have attached
At the top of your screen you will see "Open with"... in the first page of my attached PDF it already provides an option for "Open with Adobe Acrobat for Google Drive--as I have already installed that "Add-on". You will want to open all PDFs using Adobe in order to easily fill and sign them
If you haven't already installed the Adobe Acrobat "Add-on", click on the caret/arrow for the dropdown menu--and select "Connect more Apps" (Page 2 of attached)
On Page 3 of attached, you will see the field where you will type "Adobe Acrobat" to search for that App/Add-on
On Page 4 of attached, you will see the Adobe Acrobat Add-on that you will want to install and use for PDF files in Google Drive. As you complete the short installation process, you will want to allow the app to access your Google Drive files.
