Time log filing is done when you missed to log in or log out.
Login to Acquire myPay
Click Time Log Filing
Click on the row of requested date for time in or time out
Click the appropriate column for the missing time in or time out
Click on ‘File for Missing In’ or ‘File for Missing Out’
Complete the following fields and click on Submit
Date
Time: Time In / Time Out
Remarks: Indicate the reason why a manual time log filing is being submitted
Once the filing has been completed, this will route to your manager for approval.
To check if the time log filing has been completed, click on the + button to see the status
To delete the time log filing, tick the box of the manual time log filing and click on delete
