Get-Well-Plan (GWP) / Performance Improvement Program (PIP) is geared towards helping them achieve success, define serious areas of concern, gaps in their work performance.
GWP / PIP discussion is condfidential. If the Employee or the Immediate Superior divulge any information related to the GWP /PIP case, employee will be subjected to disciplinary action.
Failure to meet the requirements of the Get-Well-Plan / Performance Improvement Program (PIP) may result to issuance of corrective action.
