Employees and MyPay approvers (for employees they are approver of) has access to request for a schedule / shift change through MyPay
For daily shift change, employees has access to do this through MyPay but for a permanent shift change, only the MyPay approver has access to set a FROM and TO date.
For employees whose manager is based outside the Philippines, an email approval from the manager should be provided to RingHRMNL (ringhrmnl@ringcentral.com) for processing.
Employee:
Login to Acquire myPay
Click “Change Shift Schedule Filing” icon on the MyPay dashboard
Click “New” and choose the date of the shift to be updated
Select the appropriate schedule from the New Schedule drop down.
Note: MyPay follows military time format
Select the appropriate day type from the New Day Type drop down (Regular Day / Rest Day)
In the remarks section, indicate the reason for the shift change
Click on Save. The shift change request will now route to the employee’s MyPay approver for approval.
Once approved, employee will have to open ‘My Timesheet’ and click on ‘Reprocess’ for the shift change to reflect.
Approval process for MyPay approver:
Login to Acquire myPay
Click on the ‘Change Shift Schedule’ notification from the MyPay dashboard
Tick the box of the change shift request and click approve
Note: To disapprove, tick the box then click disapprove
Manager:
Login to Acquire myPay
Click “Assign Shift Schedules” icon on the MyPay dashboard
Click on Generate
Input the From and To Date
Note: This is the dates that the change shift should be applied, it can be daily or weekly
Select the appropriate schedule from Template dropdown
Note: MyPay follows military time format
Tick the box of the employee’s name that the change shift should be applied to
Click on save. The employee will have to open ‘My Timesheet’ and click on ‘Reprocess’ for the shift change to reflect.
