The Code of Conduct (Philippines) exemplifies Acquire BPO’s commitment to the highest standard and quality of service to its clients. It aims to bring people from different backgrounds, perspectives, norms and values to work together in fulfillment of this commitment.
The Code of Conduct applies to all personnel in the Philippines regardless of employment status and rank and covers all actions pertaining to infringements or deviations committed on Acquire BPO time or within its premises.
Any violation of this policy will be investigated and if the cause is found due to willful disregard or negligence, it will be treated as a disciplinary offense. All disciplinary proceedings are coordinated through the Human Resources Department.
