  • Is medical required?

Yes, this is required and a non-negotiable requirement, this should be submitted within the 1st week from the start date.


  • Are birth certificates and marriage certificates accepted even if it’s not PSA copy?

Yes


  • Am I required to submit both Police and NBI Clearance?

You just have to submit either of the two. If you have submitted your NBI clearance already, you won’t have to submit a Police clearance anymore, and vice versa.


  • I currently do not have copies of my ITR, COE / Clearance from previous employer, and school document. What should I do?

You will have ample time to process the documents since those are to-follow requirements. You are given 90 days to comply.

  • What other documents do you accept as school documents aside from TOR and diploma?

ID, Old Grade Slip, Old Registration Form, or any other document that will prove that you went to that school.


  • How will I know the status of my requirements?

You will receive an email from HR Operations team regarding the status of your requirements days before your start date and/or within your first week of employment.


  • What if my SSS Salary Loan is already 2 years past due and I still have remaining balance?

You still need to submit a copy of the updated SSS Salary Loan Statement of Account. As mandated by SSS, since employee is now under Acquire it is now the employer’s responsibility to deduct and pay employee’s loan even if it’s acquired from his/her previous employer. If employer failed to deduct loan from employees, it will reflect on Acquire’s delinquent list of loan payments and may affect future transactions with SSS.


  • What if I cannot access my SSS online account? (forgot password)

Click on the forgot password icon.


  • What if I cannot access my SSS online account? (server or website is down)

Try to access it again but it all else fails send an email to RingHR MNL stating the status of your SSS Salary loan.


  • What if my balance was deducted from my final pay by my previous employer but it’s not yet reflected on the SSS website

  • I’m unable to access the desktop delivered to me. What should I do?

Refer to the email sent by Talent Acquisition Admin team and/or send an email to Acquire IT with your full name and contact information.


  • The password given to me to access Acquire portal is not working. Who do I reach out to?

Send an email to Acquire IT with your full name and contact information.


  • I forgot my Acquire portal credentials?

You can send an email to 123@acquirebpo.com.


  • What is ACQUIRE-RC elected payroll bank partner?

Bank of the Philippine Island (BPI).


  • How do I request for an endorsement letter to open a BPI payroll account under Acquire?

Send an email to RingHRMNL together with your full name and BPI branch and address where you will open a payroll account.


  • Upon opening the payroll account, will BPI automatically notify you of my bank details?

No, make sure to update your bank details in Acquire Workday (Payment Election) within the cut-off.


  • Can I open a BPI payroll account even before my start date?

Yes.


  • I have an existing personal savings account with BPI, can I use that as my payroll account as well?

Yes but only on the first pay-out, on the second pay-out you are expected to have a payroll account


  • Because of the situation we are in right now, am I allowed to use my personal bank account which is not a BPI account?

Yes, you can use your personal bank account from different banks but only for your FIRST PAYOUT. For the second payout onwards, you are required to have a BPI payroll account under Acquire. Also, please note that there is a Php50.00 charge for non-BPI account and it may take 1-2 days for your funds to appear in your non-BPI bank account due to clearing process.


  • I don’t have any bank account, what should I do?

Employees with no existing personal bank accounts will be asked to create a UnionBank account through Unionbank Mobile Application.


  • Are there any fees when you credit my salary to a non-BPI account?

There is a Php 50.00 charge as PESONET transaction fee. This will automatically be deducted to employee's salary.


  • When is the payout?

The payout is every 15th and 30th of the month.

  • BPI Account - Will be credited real-time

  • Non-BPI Account – 1 to 2 banking days and it also depends on the PESONET facility


  • My salary was not credited, who can I reach out to?

  • What is the cut off?

  • 15th payout – 24th of the previous month to 8th of the current month

  • 30th payout – 9th to 23rd of the current month


  • Is there a required day of attendance for me to get my first pay?

Yes, you need to have at least 5 working days (Monday to Friday only, Saturday shift is not included) of attendance for you to be included in the payout. The days from the previous payout will automatically be added back to your salary.


  • What if I did not meet the said required days of attendance before the cut off?

You will get your first salary on the next payout, previous days will be added back to your salary.


  • What if I came back from a long leave of absence, will I still get my pay?

You need to meet the minimum 3 days attendance within the payroll cut off to get your pay. For pending incentives (MBO, attendance bonus, commission, incentives) you need to complete a payroll dispute form and raise a JIRA ticket with Acquire Payroll.


  • Why was I not able to get my incentives (MBO, attendance bonus, etc).

The incentives of employee’s who are on long leave of absence will be put on hold until such time employee reports back to work.


  • I was not able to get my incentives when I was on leave of absence, what should I do?

For pending incentives (MBO, attendance bonus, commission, incentives) you need to complete a payroll dispute form and raise a JIRA ticket with Acquire Payroll.


  • Every when will we receive the internet allowance?

WFH/Internet allowance is given every 30th payout. The cut-off is as follows 15th of the previous month to 14th of the current month.


  • I have dispute on my salary, what should I do?

You need to complete a payroll dispute form and raise a JIRA ticket with Acquire Payroll.


  • What is our HMO Provider?

Maxicare.


  • I want to know more about the coverage of my HMO?

Kindly send an email to Ring HR MNL.


  • When can I enroll my dependents in HMO?

You can enroll your dependents on your 3rd month and upon regularization.


  • I have already submitted by Birth Certificate and other documents before, why am I being asked to submit again for the enrollment of dependents?

Please be informed that documents you have submitted to HR Operations upon your start date was used for other purposes like for Philhealth update, HMO application of principal members and for employee’s 201 file.
