Employees: Bonus Payout Statement

Bonus Payout Statements are available in Workday. The statements will provide information about your Quarterly MBO Target, Individual MBO Achievement, Company Multiplier and overall Bonus Amount.

To access Bonus Payout Statements, please navigate to Workday via the following steps:

1. Log into Okta using your RingCentral credentials and click on the Workday icon

2. Click on “View Profile”

3. Once you're on your profile, click Actions -> Compensation -> View Compensation Review Statement History

4. Click on the MBO Q2 2022 Bonus Statement PDF to print or save to your desktop
