5th Month Review (Probationary)
A probationary period is to allow a period of 6 months (180 days) for the employee and employer to assess suitability of the role after having firsthand experience.
Critical during the probationary employment are the:
Expectation / Objective setting
Performance assessment (PAF)
Performance Coaching Logs / Discussion Logs
The Manager will receive a notification reminder on the employee’s 4th month for the upcoming 5th month review. It is expected that a completed Performance assessment (PAF) is provided by the manager to the HR People Operations and EX Business Partner for review and processing.
