Case Management
Employees are expected to maintain standards of performance and conduct as outlined by the organization and to comply with applicable policies and procedures. When an employee does not meet the expectations set by the organization, coaching and/or corrective action may be taken to address the employee’s behavior.
The immediate manager completes and provide the Incident form to the EX Business Partner for review and guidance in handling the case management.
