Regularization
An employee on probation who meets the performance standard is converted as a regular employee within 6months (180 days) from their start date.
The Manager will receive a notification reminder on the employee’s 4th month for the upcoming 5th month review. It is expected that a completed Performance assessment (PAF) is provided by the manager to the HR People Operations and EX Business Partner for review and processing.
