Shuttle Service FAQs and Other Recommendations Going To & From the Office
We're pleased to announce that beginning August 1, 2022, we will be offering a shuttle service for employees reporting for onsite work at our Gamma office in Ortigas.
As of October 3, 2022, we have also started offering shuttle services for employees going from our Cyberpark Tower 2 office in Cubao to Ortigas, and vice-versa. This service runs from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM between Monday evening and Saturday morning.
Check out the guidelines below, as well as our recommendations for accommodations near your assigned office site.
Our free shuttle service is now available for employees reporting for onsite work at our Gamma office in Ortigas. It is now also available for employees going from our Cyberpark Tower 2 office in Cubao to Ortigas, and vice-versa.
To avail of the free shuttle service, you may start by filling in the Shuttle Service Request Form with your complete and accurate details. Click on this link to access the form.
Take note that you must send in your request at least 1 week in advance. Keep in mind that the deadline for registration is every Thursday at 10:00 AM.
This means that if you would like to avail of the shuttle service within the week of August 1 to August 6, then you only have until July 28 to make your request.
Registration will inform our partner vendor about the volume of reservations and plan its route and vehicle requirements accordingly.
When registering for your shuttle service schedule, please remember to take your travel time into account.
Update (As of August 16, 2022):
With regard to possible expansion of the shuttle service coverage for employees without transportation access
We are continuing to observe the situation before we make further adjustments and considerations. As such, we are encouraging employees to fully utilize the offered shuttle service. Feedback, especially on specific drop-points, will be much appreciated as we revisit the possibility of expanding the shuttle service coverage, as deemed necessary.
For What does the shuttle service look like?
Our shuttle service is a 14-seater Toyota Commuter deluxe.
You’ll also be able to identify our shuttle service by a RingCentral signage placed in front of the van.
Where are the shuttle service's pick-up and drop-off points?
Our three pick-up points are:
Light Mall near MRT Boni station (North-bound side - Manila/Mandaluyong/Makati)
Greenfield between 7/11 and McDonald's (Rizal/S Manila)
SM Megamall Building "B" Bridgeway Julio Vargas
These three locations will also serve as our drop-off points after every end of shift.
In some cases, our shuttle service may need to drop by one or two other pick-up points to maximize it's capacity. For example, 2 employees booked for 7pm at MRT Boni, the service may need to drop by Starmall to pick-up 3 employees, and then proceed to SM Megamall to pick-up 4 employees.
If registration shows that there are 14 employees (full capacity) already booked for 8pm at MRT Boni, then the vehicle's route will be from MRT Boni to Gamma Office.
How often will the shuttle service operate?
Our shuttle service will operate in 14-hour shifts per day, from Monday evening to Saturday morning, beginning at 7:00 PM MNL and ending at 9:00 AM MNL.
Be sure to arrive at your pick-up point on time, as our vehicles will leave according to schedule and will leave every hour.
If you decide to avail of our shuttle service, it is important to first, register or send your request via the link above. Once your slot has been confirmed, you must commit to show up at your chosen pick-up point on time and according to the schedule you registered for.
What other important reminders do I need to take note of?
We will be strict about our No ID, no ride policy. If you do not have your company ID yet, then you may present any valid ID to our shuttle service driver.
In case you miss your schedule, then we may be able to accommodate you for the next ride as long as there are available seats left. Please be reminded that priority will be given to those who registered the week before.
Again, our three pick-up and drop-off points are:
Light Mall near MRT Boni station (North-bound side - Manila/Mandaluyong/Makati)
Greenfield between 7/11 and McDonald's (Rizal/S Manila)
SM Megamall Building "B" Bridgeway Julio Vargas

The Acquire Shuttle Policy states that: “Under some circumstances, certain employees (currently limited to certain programs and roles) have access to the company shuttle (vans) service. This service, while provided on a best-efforts basis, maintains strict safety protocols that are either in line or over and above local regulatory guidelines.”
This means that health and safety protocols are still in effect. We urge our shuttle services passengers to please take note of the following:
Wear your mask. Our driver and passengers are required to keep their face masks at all times while inside the vehicle.
Refrain from eating and drinking while inside the shuttle service.
Keep talking to a minimum.
If feasible, keep your window open by at least 3 inches.
Employees that are experiencing flu-like symptoms will be refused ride to ensure compliance on safety protocols.
At the same time, we also ensure that these health and safety protocols are strictly observed from our end. Here are our assurances to our shuttle service passengers:
We make sure that our vans are thoroughly disinfected after every trip to and from the office. We make sure to disinfect all high-touch surfaces per government guidelines.
All vans are equipped with a Perspex shield to act as a protective barrier between the driver and the passengers.
We require all passengers to undergo temperature checks before entering the vehicle.
What happens if a positive COVID-19 case is identified?
Should a positive COVID-19 case be identified among the passengers, rest assured that we will act quickly to ensure the other passengers’ safety.
In the event that a positive COVID-19 case be identified, the following steps will be taken:
We will take the van off the road immediately.
We will notify the local authorities.
We will disinfect the van.
We will immediately implement Acquire’s contact tracing process.
We will also assign a replacement driver and transport will resume as soon as it is safe to do so.
