Service Incentive Leaves are 5 (five) leave credits with full pay given to qualified employees who rendered at least 5 (years) of service in Acquire BPO.
Eligibility: All regular employees who celebrates their first 5 (five) years in the company.
Utilization: The Service Incentive Leave must be utilized within 6 (six) months after the fifth-year anniversary date. It can be utilized separately or in consecutive days.
Unused Service Incentive Leave: Non-usage of SIL within 6 (six) months upon the anniversary date will be forfeited and it is non-convertible to cash.

1. What if I resigned right after I reached my 5th year in the company? What will happen to my SIL credits?
It is non-convertible to cash, so your remaining Service Incentive Leaves will be forfeited.
2. Is it possible to get extension for the usage of SIL?
No, our company policy states that Service Incentive Leave must be used within 6 months following the anniversary date of the employee’s tenure.
3. I just reached my 10th year in the company; will I receive another set of Service Incentive Leaves?
SIL is a one-time benefit only. Employees only receive it on their 5th year in the company.
4. Does the usage of Service Incentive Leave will be deducted to the onsite working days requirement?
Yes, SIL is counted as a reduction to onsite working days since it is a planned leave. Note that this should be plotted 3 to 5 days before your scheduled onsite day/s.
