School Climate Improvement Plans outline the district’s commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment for all members of the school community. In accordance with Connecticut law, these plans identify areas of strength and need related to school climate and describe the strategies schools use to prevent and address bullying, harassment, and other concerning behaviors, promote positive school culture, and ensure appropriate responses when incidents occur. The plans are informed by data, reviewed regularly, and updated as needed to support continuous improvement in school climate and student well-being.
