Revolution is now offering voluntary accident insurance via BCBS. From emergency room visits to subsequent procedures from an accident, our new plan covers a number of different scenarios at a reasonable cost ($5.37/check for individual)
From BCBS:
"Accident Insurance helps employees manage some of the financial difficulties that can arise as a result of an accident. Accident Insurance pays benefits for treatments, services or injuries incurred as a result of a covered accident. The accident must occur while the covered person’s coverage is in force. The benefits are paid directly to the employee to use as he/she wishes."

There are time limits attached to different accident occurrences. Examples include:
You must receive treatment within 72 hours of an accident occurring. The 72 hours limit also applies to:
Ambulance rides
X-rays
Laceration repair
Concussion diagnosis
Hospital admission must happen within 18 hours of the accident. This 18 hour limit also applies to:
ICU admission
