This EAP program is confidential - Revolution is not informed on any items requested or provided. The program can assist yourself and any dependents enrolled in The Guardian dental plan.
From family support, legal assistance, fitness, mental health resources, and work-related help, the WorkLifeMatters Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides access to solutions and support for everyday and special situations.
You can access to up to 3 in person sessions (per person, per issue, per year) with a local, qualified, and reputable counselor in the Uprise Health network. There is also a referral and telephone consultation free of charge for legal/financial concerns such as divorce, financial planning, or credit issues. When additional support is needed, you will be referred to local professionals, including a 25% discount on in person consultations with network lawyers. To help with daily needs, find assistance with child care, finding movers, kennels and pet care, vacation planning, and more!
