By providing you access to the VSP - Choice network, Guardian's vision plan makes eye care convenient and highly affordable. From keeping an eyewear Rx up-to-date to preventing vision loss due to glaucoma, diabetes or macular degeneration, regular visits to a quality eye care professional are a must.
VSP - Choice also offers a number of innovative features and options including generous network discounts on laser vision correction and cosmetic enhancements; substantial savings on frames and lenses; the freedom to choose contacts instead of eyeglasses; and lens upgrades including tinting, progressives, anti-reflective coating, polycarbonate lenses and safety glasses.
Please note that you will NOT receive a vision insurance card through the mail. When you go to a vision care provider, they just need our Group Number, 532335, and your Social Security Number. If they insist on a card, there is an electronic version at the end of the page, and temporary cards are available in the HR or Brewpub Manager's offices.
