How it works:
During the sabbatical period, Revolution will provide the following pay for up to 8 consecutive weeks, totaling up to 160 hours over the 8 weeks, which you can supplement with paid time off balances you have accrued at the time of your sabbatical start:
Exempt RevBrewCrew: your annual salary paid at the hourly rate (salary / 2080 hours) for 20 hours every 7 days
Non-exempt / hourly RevBrewCrew: will be paid 20 hours every 7 calendar days with the following rates, depending on if your wages are tipped or non-tipped:
Non-tipped: your current hourly rate at time of your sabbatical start
Tipped: calculated average pay rate of hourly wages, tips, and service charges of the previous 12 month period, with the calculation year ending the last pay period before your sabbatical starts
You should also know...
Revolution will pay 100% of the premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance for yourself and any covered household members as of the date of your Sabbatical Leave start.
All Employee Education Program requests must be submitted at least 6 months prior to the leave start.
Food, beer, and merchandise benefits will continue during your sabbatical leave.
