401(K) and Retirement Plans
Revolution is proud to offer a 401(k) plan through Empower Retirement for all eligible employees. You can create a new account or rollover approved balances from eligible programs. Through this retirement savings program, you can contribute pre-tax dollars to your funds, with a vested company match. Available options include both a traditional 401(k) and Roth post-tax plans.
Participation is open to all permanent employees (full AND part time) over the age of 21, after they have completed 90 days of employment, per federal law. There are various investment options to review. Additionally:
Revolution will 100% match employee contributions up to 3%, and will match 50% of employee contributions between 3-5%, up to 4% total matching.
As Safe Harbor Employer Matching Contributions, Revolution contributions are immediately vested 100%.
Withdrawals and loans are available through qualifying events. Please review the plan documents or see HR to see if your events qualify, and for all applicable disbursement and payment setup fees.
