Our network/Plan Type is PPO: DentalGuard Preferred. You can visit any dentist with the PPO plan, but you pay less out-of-pocket when you choose a PPO dentist. See the Dental Benefit Summary for full plan and service details.

Please note that you will NOT receive a dental insurance card through the mail. When you go to the dentist, they just need our Group Number, 532335, and your Social Security Number. If they insist on a card, there is an electronic version at the end of the page, and temporary cards are available in the HR or Brewpub Manager's offices.
