Early intervention can often make the biggest impact on our students. In this session, participates will understand the value creating a communication rich environment and how CORE vocabulary supports this process. We will be discussing the difference between vocabulary supports and communication supports and the importance of both. We will also explore how to integrate communication supports in the environment, routines and the curriculum.

Some outcomes to expect:

1. The participant will understand the difference between vocabulary supports and communication supports.

2. The participant will be able to identify at least 3 ways to incorporate communication supports in routines and curriculum.
