Curriculum Objectives:
Students can acquire different physical skills.
Improve students' fitness levels to enhance their health.
Foster students' sportsmanship.
Cultivate students' interest in physical activities and habit of doing exercise.
Develop students' appreciation for sports activities.
Curriculum Scope
The curriculum is developed based on the "Physical Education Key Learning Area Curriculum Guide" and it includes six learning domains: motor and physical skills, health and fitness, sports-related values and attitudes, knowledge and practice of safety, knowledge of movement, and aesthetic sensitivity.
For a gradual learning process, students will learn basic activities in the Key Stages 1, and in the Key Stages 2-3, they will learn at least eight different physical activities form not less than four areas: athletics, ball games, gymnastics, and others.
In the Key Stages 4, students can take Physical Education as an elective subject in senior secondary curriculum to further develop their athletic abilities. Additionally, senior secondary level classes will arrange Physical Development lessons, allowing students who have not taken the Physical Education elective subject to experience new sports, such as Gateball, Sitting Tai Chi and Frisbee.

Task Analysis
Unit: Fundamental Movement
Teaching objectives: Balancing
Teaching activities: Learn to balance on one foot using an object for practice. First, step onto the object, then lift the foot and place it back down, gradually reducing support and incorporating the requirements.
Photos of teaching material:
Place the object in front of one foot.
Lift one foot to step onto the object, then step back down. Afterwards, add a requirement, such as counting 1, 2, 3 before stepping onto the object.
ii. Visual Cueing
Unit: Mat Exercises
Teaching objectives: Train for a double-foot jump
Teaching activities:1) Place circular markers at a certain distance on the soft mat. 2) Have the students jump with both feet to land on the markers.
