Fwoosh! So many basketballs have made that sound as they went through the net. And a good few of those basketballs were used in these games! These games were played by the Denver Nuggets and the Detroit Pistons, the Sacramento Kings and the Los Angeles Clippers, the San Antonio Spurs and the Milwaukee Bucks, the Atlanta Hawks and the Chicago Bulls, and the Denver Nuggets and the Golden State Warriors. The Denver Nuggets were mentioned two times!
5th place! In the game between and the Denver Nuggets on November 2, 1990, the Warriors won with one hundred and sixty-two to one hundred and fifty-eight. In this game, the Warriors’ player with the highest score was Chris Mullin with 38 points scored, while the highest scoring Nuggets player was Orlando Woolridge with 37 points. There were three hundred and twenty points scored in this basketball game.
4th place is the game between the Chicago Bulls and the on March 1, 2019. The Chicago Bulls won with one hundred and sixty-eight points against the Atlanta Hawks’ one hundred and sixty-one points. In this game, the highest scoring player from the Bulls (Zach LaVine) got 47 points, and Trae Young (the highest scoring player from the Hawks) scored and scored until he reached 49 points! Amazing! Young also got sixteen assists in that game. Overall, there were three hundred and twenty-nine points scored throughout the game.
The 3rd highest scoring basketball game was between the San Antonio Spurs and the Milwaukee Bucks on March 6, 1982. He scored a whole FIFTY points in that game. The Milwaukee Bucks’ counterpart, Brian Winters, also scored a respectable forty-two points, which is a lot, but not as much as Gervin. In total there were three hundred and thirty-three points scored in that game.
In 2nd place, the game on February 25, 2023 between the Sacramento Kings and the Los Angeles Clippers. The Los Angeles Clippers barely lost to the Kings’ one hundred and seventy-six with one hundred and seventy-five! Malik Monk was very valuable to the Kings, seeing as he got them forty five points on his own. The Clippers’ player with the most points is Kawhi Leonard, with forty-four points scored throughout the game. The total number of points in the 2023 game is three hundred and fifty-one points.
1ST PLACE! THE GAME WITH THE MOST POINTS SCORED EVER! THE DENVER NUGGETS AND THE DETROIT PISTONS! The Pistons won. They got 186 points, while the Nuggets got 184. The most points ever scored in a game is……..370!
