Have you noticed that some kids have been really stress or not them selves? At this age and as we get older, we start to really stress or unhappy about our grades. So the real question is mental health more important than grades?

Well in my opinion I think that mental health is way more important than grades. One reason is if you focus on your grades more than mental health, you might start to get stress, you might also suffer from depression, and might have sleeping difficulties. According to https://sprc.org/settings/colleges-and-universities/consequences-of-student-mental-health-issues/ 30% of all students get stress from grades, about 22% get anxiety from grades, 20% have sleep difficulties, and  about 14% get depression.

Other reason is that it might effect relationships with people especially if you are stress or depress. As you get depress or stress or have anxiety, your mood starts to change and you are very grumpy and sometimes that can effect your relationships especially when grumpiest leads to argue with someone and your relationship might be over because of that. Most times people don’t understand you point of you or understand what you are going through so it makes it harder for a relationship.

Last reason is that even if you want to get good grades and worry about only grades and not your mental health, you will still struggle with school  because your mental health will lead to depression and stress and mostly likey you won’t be movitied to do anything and you feel like you want to drop at of school (which can happen sometimes) but it’s okay because it is your life and you can decided what you want to do.

In the end mental health is way more important than grades. If suffering to put your mental health before grades than talk to a trusted adult. At this age and as we get older it is important to put our mental health first.
