Why do we need to be professional?
As RareJob tutors, we have to uphold the best behavior toward our students at all times.
In order to observe professionalism, tutors must AVOID the following:
⦿ Laughing at a student's mistake
⦿ Interrupting the student while speaking
⦿ Calling the student with a different name
⦿ Being unfocused during the lesson
⦿ Talking about taboo topics specific to Japanese students
