Onboarding

New RF and BV warehouse employees begin with a two week trial position. The worker is paid with cash at the end of each week.

When they start, the first thing we do is walk them through the Rareform and Billboard Vinyls warehouses and business units and explain how both units work and how they interrelate.

From there, we introduce them to the entire team.

For the first day or two, they train with the respective warehouse manager. This is who they can go to with any questions or concerns.

After two weeks, they will sit down with the Operations Director and process any neccessary paper work: Social Security, Driver's License, Passport, etc. They will also go over any food allergies or preferences they may have.

What a Work Day Looks Like:

Hours: 6 am - 2:30 pm

Daily Hudle: 6am for BV and 6:10 for RF (ALWAYS be on time to the daily huddle!)

Clock out lunch break: 11-11:30am

2 non clock out 10 mini breaks : 9am and 1pm
