The office is generally accessible from 7am to 6pm without a key. The front door is unlocked when the Warehouse crew arrives (they start at 6:30am) and locked when the last keyholder leaves.
Treat our space as if it were your own home, and help your coworkers out when they need an extra hand. If there were boxes piling up at your front door at home, you wouldn’t leave them. If you had dirty dishes in your sink, you’d clean them. Likewise at Rareform, if there are tasks that need to be done to help out a team member or in our space, chip in and help out. And always clean up after yourself please.
The office space is professionally cleaned Tuesday nights.
There is a white filing cabinet upstairs outside Aric's office. This cabinet has pens, notepads, dry erase markers, staplers, paperclips, etc. You are welcome to take anything you need out of the cabinet. Remote employees will be provided with the same office supplies as employees in the office.

We have a fluid work environment where everyone can approach their colleagues to ask questions, voice their ideas, or just stop by to check in and see how their teammate is doing. It is important that we are all mindful of one another as we share a large space, so it's important to be considerate regarding noise, cleanliness, barking dogs, and other unpleasant sounds.
Work Attire and Hygeine
We encourage everyone to dress in a way that represents their own unique self. With that, please remember that we’re a professional workplace and we expect everyone to use their best judgement. You work with other people, and your clothing should not distract them. Try to avoid outfits that you'd wear to sleep, the beach, a workout class, while lounging around the house, or when going out in Las Vegas.
Another way to be mindful of one another is by practicing good hygiene. While everyone has different habits and preferences, we ask that you use best judgement. Your scent (whether good or bad) should not distract others. A few general guidelines are:
Maintain personal cleanliness by bathing regularly.
Practice oral hygiene (brushing of teeth)
Use deodorant/antiperspirant to minimize body odors.
No heavily scented perfumes, colognes and lotions. These can cause allergic reactions, migraines and respiratory difficulty for other team members.
This doesn't mean you can't wear perfume. However, if the person working next to you can smell it, it's too strong!
Warehouse: We have to keep in a mind a few additional rules for the warehouse as it's a safety concern:
No open toed shoes or sandals
No tank tops, strappy shirts, or sleeveless shirts
No hoop earrings or dangling jewelry
No bandanas, or head coverings
Office Dogs
In an effort to help our team members bring their whole selves to work, we allow well-behaved dogs to join their owners in the Agoura Hills office. Just make sure your dog is safe for a work environment, they're not left to wander around the office on their own, they're potty trained, and they aren't frequently crying, growling, or barking in the office.
As a dog owner, you sometimes tune out your own pups noises and personality quirks, but keep in mind that it's not always easy for your team members to do the same. Try putting yourself in someone else's shoes, if your dog is frequently making loud noises, then they might not be the right fit to be in the office. Remain objective and use your best judgement here. Think of it like a crying baby sitting next to you on the airplane. You feel bad for the baby, and for the parent caring for the child, but the loud crying noises and screams in your ear isn't the most relaxing experience for you to listen to on your flight.
