• In the break room, there is coffee, creamer, nspresso, and water provided for you.

• There are also mugs, plates, and utensils! Use whatever you need but rememeber to clean up after yourself.

Our employees are important to us and they deserve to be celebrated!

For staff birthdays, we have the whole team sign a card and we treat them with some sort of gift to celebrate the big day.

On work anniversaries, you will recieve an anniversary email and coffee on Rareform as a thank you for all of your hardwork and dedication to the team.

This car washing service is paid out of pocket (not by Rareform) but is available to all staff! Marcos comes to the office once a week to wash and vacuum cars.
