We want to continue to grow the camaraderie on our team. Our team does amazing things, but because our work doesn't always overlap with everyone, some achievements can go unnoticed. We want to create a process for more awknoledgement and more celebration of our teams' victories!
Our bags are sustainable and so is our mission, but we want to hold more integrity when it comes to our sustainability! We want it to be present in all facets of our company, including the parts that only people on the inside see, like our office habits and even home habits too.
We can say that we care about diversity as often as we want, but until we take intentional steps to educate ourselves, diversify our workplace, and become a diversity-friendly space, our words will mean nothing. We recognize that this is something we are still growing in, but we want to hold ourselves accountable and commit to doing the work toward change. We want to be better at recognizing the value of diversity in race, gender, sexuality, class, belief, background, and thought.
