Budgets module - This new module can be used to record Accounting Budgets. See Budgets
Attachments have now been added to the Sales Order, Work Order, Customer Invoice, Purchase Order and Supplier Invoice modules. The attachments are linked to the transaction flow so that all the Attachments are available in any of the linked modules. The Type lookup is fixed and contains: Artwork, Quotation, Agreement, Other. All the Attachments linked to Customers are also available in the Customer module where you can filter by Date, Type and Transaction.
Emails - Link Attachments - You are now able to click Actions > Link Attachments to select from the list of attachments that are linked to the transaction flow and add them to the Email body. The email body needs to contain a [ATTACHMENTS] tag. This only works when emailing from QT, SO, CI, PO and on emails where the Content type = HTML.
Account Lookup - The Account lookup has been updated to the following formats. (In all cases, the Group/Section Description is not appended if it is already included in the Description to avoid names like Sales - Sales.)
Group1 - Group2 - Account - Section (Acc No) ;
Group1 - Account - Section (Acc No);
Account - Section (Acc No).
Timekeeping - Time filter - A Time filter has been added to the Data Filter that allows you to view timekeeping for a shift that starts and ends on different days. The date and time filter works on the Start date. The Started/Finished fields have been split into Date and Time fields - you can view the alternate caption of these fields in the Field Chooser or by clicking the blue star at the top-left of the gridview. eg. Caption = '@', alternate caption in the Field Chooser = 'Started Time'.
Materials - A Reference field has been added to Materials and added to the search function in the Material Lookups. Functionality (Copy icon on Code) has been added to copy the Description to the Code.
Sales Order - Copy - Functionality has been added to copy a Sales Order to a new Sales Order. User access to the copy rule is set under Staff Settings > Copy Rules > Sales Orders - Copy to Sales Order. The Flow will be reset when you copy the Sales Order so you won't see the previous Sales Order in the Links.
Sales Orders - A PO No. field has been added to the Items grid view, hidden by default. This field displays a list of PONo.s linked to the SO Item.
Staff Settings - Copy from - The functionality to copy Staff settings has been enhanced to include all the groups. The All checkbox can now be used to check/uncheck all the groups.
Cost Centres - Email Excel functionality has been added to Cost Centres.
Purchase Order - Copy - User access to the copy rule is now set under Staff Settings > Copy Rules > Purchase Orders - Copy to Purchase Order. The Flow will now be reset when you copy the Purchase Order so you won't see the previous Purchase Order in the Links. NB. This will require the User Access setting to be updated if clients use this functionality.
Purchase Order - Specification - A Specification field has been added to Purchase Order Items. When a Sales Order is copied to a Purchase Order or vice versa, the Specification field is now copied to the Specification field and the Note is copied to the Note field. NB. This may require an update to the Purchase Order template in some cases - previously the SO Item Specification field was copied to the PO Item Note field.
A Copy (Description) function has been added to the Code field.
All the Costing Item fields have been added to the Items View.
The Fixed Cost, Unit Cost and Min Cost fields have been added to the Default View.
Email Excel/Export Grid functionality has been added.
When you enter the Part > Substrate column, the lookup is automatically opened if a substrate has not been selected.
Substrate lookup - When the Sheets/Reels/Sq.m option is empty, the lookup automatically changes to the All option.
If a Material or Service is added to the Input, the Costing Edit form is automatically opened if the Cost = 0 and a Qty has been added to the Estimate.
A number of unecassery Confirm messages have been removed.
The redundant ACCNO (Acc No - Description) field has been removed from the Accounts lookup query.
Fixed: Corrugated - When a board was converted from sq.m to Sheet, the panel creases were added, instead of the Flap Creases.
The Supplier dropdown in the Quotation Items gridview has been changed to sizeable.
Staff Settings - Production Times - Access Allowed has been renamed to Timekeeping - Access Allowed.
Settings - the Groups in Staff and General settings are now ordered alphabetically.
Fixed: The Inventory module was slow on large databases after adding the PO No. field. Resolved by adding an index for POITEMS.STOCKID.
Fixed: The Stage field in the Planning Board > Work in Progress view was not working correctly if the Stage was changed.
Fixed: When you added a Product Costing and Cancel, the Edit form was opened.
