Staff > My Company - The Staff module has been renamed to My Company and now also contains the fields that were in the My Company tab in the Settings and Defaults module. The caption Sales Rep has been changed to Sales.
An Organigram tab has been added to the My Company module.
A Work Shifts tab has been added to My Company - This was previously part of the Time and Attendance setup, but it is now also used in the Planning Board.
Transaction Status - The Status lookup dialogue that was used to change the Transaction Status has been changed to a dropdown menu which opens when the Status button is clicked.
Material Movement - Batch Update - Status functionality has been added to the Transaction View.
Supplier Invoices - You are no longer able to add items to a Supplier Invoice if the Supplier has not been selected. (Similar to how it works in other modules). The default Supplier invoice Checklist item Contact is blank has been changed to Supplier is blank.
Cost Centres - The Recovery Chart is now hidden by default to improve performance. Click Menu (Button) > Show Recovery to open the Recovery Summary and Chart. Workstations can now be linked to Cost Centres.
The Services module has been renamed to Service Manager to prevent confusion with Services used in Estimating, etc.
The User Access for the Bank Recon (Previously there was 1x Setting for both the Bank Import and the Bank Recon) and VAT Recon modules have been changed from Y/N to None, User, Supervisor. Supervisor rights allow you to set a Completed Recon back to Pending/Editable and it also allows you to delete a Recon.
Inventory module > Default View - a Sorting field has been added to the default View. Options include:
Category - Sorts on Category > Subcategory > Location
Location - Sorts on Location > Category > Subcategory
Customer - Sorts on Customer > Category > Subcategory
Roles have been renamed to Work Shifts and moved from General Settings to the My Company module. Work Shifts allow you to set up any configuration of working hours per week.
The Locations setup has been moved from General Settings to the T&A module - see Menu > Edit Locations.
The Planning Board setup module has been moved from the Setup menu to the Planning Board module - See Menu (button) > Edit Stages.
The Working hours have been removed from the Stages in favour of selecting a Work Shift (Work Shifts are set up in the My Company module). This allowed us to make the Action > Set Task Start and Due Date considerably more accurate.
Workstations can now be linked to Cost Centres and Planning Board Stages are now linked to one or multiple Workstations (Previously Stages were linked to Cost Centres). This means you no longer need to create dummy Cost Centres for planning purposes.
The Work in Progress view has been renamed to Planning Board - Tasks. The Today filter has been replaced by a standard date filter which can filter tasks on the Start Date or on the Activity Date that works the same as the previous 'Today' filter. A Stage filter has been added as well as a Show (All, Active, Complete) filter which works on the Task Status.
A Planning Board - Jobs view has been added to the Planning Board where you can filter jobs on the WO Date or Activity Date. The Show (All, Active, Complete) works on the Task Status - eg. If all Tasks are complete, the Job is Complete. The Group button provides functionality to group the view by Status, Due Date, Rep and Customer.
The filters on the Switch Responses view have been updated as per the other views. The Show filter works on the WO Status.
Operators are now prompted to select a Workstation (Previously you would select a Cost Centre). By default, all the Workstations that are linked to the Planning Board Stage will be available for selection.
The Icon has been changed to a blue BP icon.
The Back Button on the Services Edit Form was not working - it has been removed and replaced with a Close button.
An AV error was returned when Settings > Output > Templates was opened if the Workspace modules were not opened.
Fixed: When a Production Estimate was copied to a Work Order, the Service > Group fields were incorrectly assigned for Delivery and Packaging.
Fixed: The Planning Board Search function was updated after each keystroke, instead of when the Enter button was pressed.
