Quotations - When a Quotation is copied to a new Quotation (Not a Version), the Rep is now updated from the Customer record.
Bank / VAT Recon - The Status update functionality in the Bank Recon and VAT Recon modules has been changed from a lookup on the Status field to a Status button, similar to how it works in other modules.
Supplier Payments Module - The Complete Status colour has been changed from Orange to Green.
Work Processes - a Trainee option has been added to the Staff types. Fields have been added for:
Department - select from a lookup of Departments in the Organigram
Type - Select from Reactive, Proactive, Development
Organisation > Organigram - this module has been significantly changed - see My Organisation
Currency in Text - a General Setting > Currencies > Decimals used in minor currency (Options = 2,3; Default = 2) has been added. This setting is used to generate the total in text. For example: 325.55 = Three hundred and twenty five rands and fifty five cents (2 decimals) or Three hundred and twenty five riyals and five hundred and fifty baisa (3 decimals).
A Req Date (Required date) field has been added to Work Orders. The Req Date is copied from Sales Orders. The upgrade script sets the Req Date = Due Date where Req Date is empty and WO is Pending/Active.
Batch Update functionality has been added for Req Date and Due Date.
List View - The Due Date is highlighted in Red when it is greater than the Req Date and the Req Date is not blank. The Req Date is highlighted in red when it is prior to today.
The Work Order Due Date and Req Date have been added to the Task View and the Job View, hidden by default.
Job/Task View: The Due Date is highlighted in Red when it is greater than the Req Date if the Req Date is not blank. The Req Date is highlighted in red when it is prior to today.
Job View: Batch Updates have been added for: Due Date, Req Date and Status (Active only)
Task View: A Group button has been added with options to group the view on: Stage, Start Date, Req Date, Due Date (Req Date and Due Date are for the WO/Job)
Task View/View/Edit Job - The Start Date is now highlighted in red when it is prior to the current date.
Workstations have been removed from the View/Edit Job screen - they are available for Tracking, however.
The WiP Views on the Board's left panel have been removed in favour of using the new Job View. The Board's left panel is now only used for a Summary View.
The Gannt view has been restored to the View/Edit Job window. This view makes it easy to see the conflicts and gaps between cascading tasks.
A custom Group field can now be added to Stages - See Menu (button) > Edit SQL for Group field. The Group field is displayed in the View/Edit Job window and the Task View
Actions - Can be applied to the selected Stage or to the entire Board
Set Start/Finish from Now (Stages) - Executed by Stage - all the tasks in an Outwork Stage will be set to now ordered by Start Date. The Stage will be re-ordered accordingly.
Set Start/Finish from Now (Jobs) - Executed by Job - the Stage does not get re-ordered.
Set Start/Finish from Dependency (Job) - Tasks are moved if the Previous Task Finishes before the next Task Starts. Cascading Tasks, except for Outwork Tasks, are also moved - the Stage does not get re-ordered.
Order by Start Date - The Stage is re-ordered by the Task Start Date.
Order by Status > Start Date - The Stage is re-ordered by the Status and then the Start Date.

Auto move next - When checked, the following Tasks will be moved when a Task is moved.
Move between Stages - Allows you to move Tasks across Stages.
Timekeeping - Functionality has been added to do basic timekeeping from the Planning Board which is enabled using the General Setting > Planning Board > Enable Timekeeping on Planning Board (Y/N - Default = N). In addition, editing rights are required for this functionality to work. When Yes, the following Task Actions will be enabled on the Planning Board and the Task View:
Start - Moves the Task to the Busy Status and starts a timekeeping record.
Stop (Part-complete) - Moves the Task to the Part-complete status and stops the Timekeeping record.
Stop (Complete) - Moves the Task to the Complete status, stops the Timekeeping record and re-orders the Stage to remove the Task.
The Status field has been changed from a Checkbox to a colour-coded dropdown Active/InActive. A Status Note has been added and is visible in the List View (hidden by default) and Editing View.
Checklist functionality has been added at a Category level - see Categories
The Description is no longer directly editable on Materials in Categories where Type = Sheets or Reels.
The Unit > Default Unit & X settings have been made mutually exclusive - if you change x, the default is cleared and vice versa.
Materials Price Manager > Supplier Prices - The Supplier lookup now includes an All option.
Timekeeping - Planning Board mode - the default Stage is now selected based on the new Staff > PB Stage setting.
Fixed: Sunday hours recorded on the T&A module were not being added to Payments.
Fixed: The Supplier Payments Discount field did not allow decimals to be added.
Fixed: The User Updated field was not being updated when Items were changed in the DN, CI, CC, SI and SD modules.
Fixed: The User Updated field was not updated when the Transaction Status was updated. (All modules that use Status)
Fixed: The Budget fields on the Income Statement were in certain cases displaying incorrectly from month 1>12 instead of from month 12>1
Fixed: The SO Total was in certain cases not being displayed on the Management summary - fixed stored procedure NOTIFICATION_SO_BYDUEDATE.
Fixed: When a Material was created from an Estimate, the Code field was not copied to the Material
The unused + icon on the Material > Code field has been removed.
'Print Grid' functionality has been removed from the Planning Board.
