Customer Invoice - Total (CUR) (Header & Item) fields have been added to the Items View, hidden by default.
POS - Status-change audits are now created when a POS transaction is completed or re-activated.
A SA FNB - No FITID Check (.ofx) import option has been added - when this option is used, the entire file is imported, regardless of duplicate FITID numbers.
When the Bank Import transaction status is set to Complete, the linked Ledger Transactions are now set to the Default = Reconcile status, except when the Ledger transaction has been cancelled.
Categories - Type - A Type field has been added to the Service Categories. When a new ST is created, the Type is now set according to the Category that is selected. When the Type is cleared, the default Response is cleared too. Options include:
Internal - The Service Ticket is linked to an internal resource
Customer - (Default) - The Service Ticket is linked to a Customer
Customer (Accounts) - Allows you to create/update Tickets from the Customer Age Analysis (CAA) - Only 1x Category can be linked to this Type)
Responses - Type - A Type field has been added to the Responses. This field is used to filter the Response to the Type of Ticket.
New Ticket - You no longer need to select a Type (Customer or Internal) when you create a Service Ticket - the Type is now assigned from the selected Category.
The Type field has been added to the list view.
CAA - Create/Update Service Ticket - This functionality allows you to create a Service ticket linked to a Customer Account if the Service module is configured correctly (Right-click on an Account and select Create/Update Service Ticket). A Remind column has been added to display the Remind date from the linked Service Ticket (ST), hidden by default. The Remind column is highlighted in red if the date is equal to or older than today's date.
Main Menu > Workspace - If there are no Workflow modules set up in the database, this menu item is hidden. The Workspace tab will also be hidden.
Staff Setting > Local drives - Access Allowed (Yes/No) - Default = No - This setting must be set to No for Winflector users who don't have access to their local drives. The following functionality will be disabled when the setting is False:
Browsing local drives for Attachments (... button is hidden)

Price Updates from Purchase Order (PO) - The following setting has been added: General Setting > Purchase Orders > Default: Update Material Supplier Prices from Completed Purchase Order (Y/N) - Default = N. When Yes, the matching Supplier Price on the linked Material Item will be updated to the Price, Currency, VAT and Unit on the PO - when the PO is set to a Complete Status. If the Supplier is not linked to the Material, a record will be added to the Material Supplier Prices.
A 10-character Prefix field has been added for use in numbering - the Prefix will be appended to the Start and Closing numbers displayed in the Description.
An Add Adjustment checkbox has been added to the Paper Edit in the Printing Wizard - checked by default. When this checkbox is unchecked, an overall adjustment will not be added to the Paper Cost.
Email Stationery - The following settings have been added: General/Branch Setting > Emails > Email Stationery. When you output an email, the email stationery is assigned using the order of preference: Staff Setting > Branch Setting > General Setting. The following data tags will be replaced by values from the staff table and are available for use in the HTML signature:

Tracker - The Active Jobs / Jobs Queue now displays the Completed/Spoiled Qty.
Tracker - The caption on the Start DT has been changed to Start Downtime.
Digital Deliveries - The delivery time is now displayed in the Deliveries Queue.
Time and Attendance - a new General Setting > Time and Attendance > Disable Camera (Y/N) - Default = N has been added. Set to Yes if you want to run Time and Attendance without using the Camera.
Fixed: When a Material > Unit > Convert Qty was updated, the linked Cost Price was not automatically updated if a same-unit Supplier price did not exist.
Optimisation: The VAT fields are no longer hidden on foreign currency Transactions - including QT, SO, CI, CC, PO, SI and SD.
Fixed: When a Customer was changed from a Local Customer to a Forex Customer or vice versa, the VAT on existing items was not updated correctly. Applicable to all transactions that support multi-currency.
The /Unit field in PO Items now displays up to 4 decimals (Previously it was 2).
