Customers - Budgets - Monthly Budget can now be added at a Customer level. These can be viewed and updated in the Budget tab of the Customer edit form and in the Customer Module > Menu (button) > Budget View. Note the Menu > Batch Update functionality to help you set the Budgets. Currently, a Custom Report is required to view Budgets vs Actual.
Purchase Order - The following fields were added to the Purchase Order module, which can now be used in the email template:
SUPCONTACT_FNAME - Purchase Order Contact Firstname
SUPCONTACT_SNAME - Purchase Order Contact Surname
Purchase Order - an Outstanding (exc) column has been added to the Purchase Order list view. This column displays the Total (exc) less the Invoiced (exc).
Work Processes - Batch Delete functionality has been added.
Stock Check - Email Excel functionality has been added.
Output (Print & Email) - Status - A Status (Group) field has been added to Output templates for Quotations, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders. This setting can be used to restrict/enable Output based on the transaction Status. By default, you can Output from All Statuses. Note - Previously the Purchase Order Module had 2x Output settings: 1 for Pending and 1 for Active - these have now been merged into one setting.
When a PO is copied to SI, the Total is no longer displayed in the Copy Dialogue - only the Qty and the Unit Price are now displayed.
