Supplier Payments module - This is a new module; See Supplier Payments.
Suppliers - The bank details of a Supplier can now be added in the Accounting tab of the Supplier edit form. These are used to export Supplier Payment batches from the Supplier Payments module.
Ledger - The Dr & Cr Accounts in the Ledger Items View, now also include the account group in the description where applicable, similar to the description used in the Accounts lookup.
Customer Invoices - A confirmation message has been added to the New button to prevent accidental invoice creation.
Customers - The Branch field is now editable on the main edit form to make it accessible to users without Accounting access.
Transfer Orders - The Material lookup confirmation window now displays Inventory Locations and Quantity.
Materials Enhancements
When a linked Estimate is updated, the Resolve is no longer set to Produce if the Material is not an Inventory item.
The Quote Status has been added to the Estimates tab.
Functionality has been added to export a Category in the substrate format used by Phoenix. See Menu (button) > Export Substrates (Phoenix).
The Description generator for Sheets/Reels has been updated to include Weight (gsm) and/or Caliper (mm). Note: The Description is, therefore, no longer directly editable in Sheet/Reel Categories.
Purchase Orders Enhancements
A Type field has been added to the Items grid on the Edit form and the Items View. Types include: MAT (Material), SER (Service), CTM (Custom)
Batch Update functionality has been added for Status and Due Date / Time. See Actions (button) > Batch Updates
Service Module Enhancements
Functionality has been added to email a Ticket to all the parties linked to the Ticket, including the Customer Contact, Rep, Assign To, and User - see Email button on the Service Edit form. The Status > Notification setting determines when emails are sent after a Status change. Options include: None, All and Internal (When Internal is selected, the Notification is not sent to the Customer Contact)
JDF Switch Enhancements
Fixed: When you Upload to Switch, the Work Order was not saved before uploading.
An Uploaded Status has been added to Files. When you upload to Switch, only the Pending Files are now uploaded and their Status changed to Updated to avoid uploading the file multiple times. Note: You can change the File Status to Pending if you need to upload it again.
A Part field has been added to the Files table. It is now mandatory to link a Part to a File as Files only get uploaded to Switch if they are linked.
You are now able to Add/Edit/Delete the Parts linked to a Work Order. When a Part is deleted, the linked files are also deleted.
Fixed: An 'violation of FK...' error was returned when an item was copied/inserted in the MM module.
Fixed: The Back button '<' in the Service module's list view was not working.
Fixed: The automatic Customer Lookup update has been updated to include the Transaction Access fields.
