Transactions - Copy - The Copy button on all transactions has been renamed to Actions. The action-type items under the Menu button have been moved to the Actions button. See Transactions
Actions > Update the From transaction - This function allows you to update the From (Parent) transaction in all modules. It also resets the Flow on all the downstream transactions to the Flow of the From transaction.
Transactions - Delete - The Delete function for all Transactions has been moved from a Delete button to the less accessible Menu button.
Lookup Lists - A new edit form has been created to edit the lookup lists for Categories, Locations etc. which can be opened from the relevant modules as before. The lookup lists have therefore been removed from the Settings and Defaults form. Job Categories have been added to Quotations: Menu > Edit Categories.
Quotations - An Actions button has been added to the Quotations edit form. You are now able to link Attachments to a Quotation - See Actions (button) > Add Attachment. Attachments are displayed in the top-right of the Quotation Edit form
Planning Board - Work in Progress - A Stage column has been added. Export Grid and Email Excel functionality have been added.
Customers - The text Search function has been moved next to the Reset button, similar to the search function in other modules.
Outsourced - When adding a Custom Outwork Service, you are now able to convert multiple Qty/Prices to a Fixed and Unit Cost. You are also able to right-click and Edit the Service from the Input tab.
When a Product is copied, the linked Outsource lookups are now also copied.
Telescopic Boxes - The Lid has been updated to be the same orientation as the base, but with opposite dimensions on Length and Width. (Length > Width and Width > Length). The Cover has been renamed to Lid.
Fixed a few minor bugs around the Outsourced lookups setup in Products
Fixed: The Finishing description was not updated after a Finishing item or Part was deleted in an Outsourced Estimate.
Fixed: When a Custom Outwork service was added, the [] Adjust checkbox was unchecked by default.
The redundant STOCKLOCATION.TRANSTYPES field has been deleted.
Fixed: The Menu (button) popup menu was incorrectly opened when you right-click an Account in the IS.
Fixed: Standard Estimating - If you were on the Costs tab, and clicked Save, the Costs were not refreshed.
Fixed: The Receipt function on the CI was not working correctly - the Bank account was not updated to the Ledger.
Fixed: If you were on the CI > Receipts page and clicked New, the form did not revert to the Items view.
Fixed: The 'Credit Note' references in the Supplier Debit Notes module have been renamed to Debit Note.
The redundant 'Issue/Receive all Items' has been removed in favour of using the Copy rule to MM transaction. Applies to Supplier Debit Notes, Customer Credit Notes, Purchase Orders and Sales Orders.
The redundant 'Re-create Reserve transactions' menu item has been removed from Sales Orders.
Fixed: When an Outsourced Press was used in standard estimating, the Printing Cost was not copied to the Work Order.
The % of Cost Price commission setting was unavailable in General Settings and Branch settings.
Materials (Tech note) - The Location data filter has been changed from a combobox to a lookup combobox.
Fixed: The Material Run Qty was not calculating correctly for Digital Presses (This was caused by a change to the procedure on the upgrade dated 30/06/2022)
