Each year we ask families to confirm their contact information. This is most importnat so district communication is recieved by all families.

The most common reasons to update your demographics is to update telephone numbers and email addresses for parents, guardians and emergency contacts.

Please log into PowerSchool and scroll down the sidebar to the Demographic Change tab.

A sample of the input screen is below for your review.

Make the necessary changes to this page and then SUBMIT Updates.

At the bottom of the page, you will need to select the child or children whose records should be updated. If the new information affects all children, select all of their names and then SUBMIT Updates. The information will be reviewed and then confirmed by PVCSD staff soon after.
