Cannot Log into Clever

If you are trying to log into Clever and the Portal does not appear:

On a Chromebook:

  • Click Sign out at the lower left of your Chromebook screen

  • Shutdown your Chromebook

  • Turn the device on again and then proceed to log back into your device.

  • The Clever sign in page should now appear.

On a Macbook:

Quit Chrome and try again.

Go to the top menu bar, click on the tab Chrome then scroll down and select Quit Chrome. After the application has quit, relaunch Chrome and try again.
