Each Registrant will have taken at least 1 of these actions and should be sent a follow up email.
Please take the webinar registrants in your name and follow up accordingly after the webinar.
In the email brief, you should recieve a lead list in Salesforce with the Task names and how to identify leads.

If the registrant attended the LIVE webinar - they will be sent this template: Link

What if my regitrant took multiple actions? For example, what if they attended live and downloaded content?
Please sent them the most helpful template which in this case would be downloaded content template. Attending is the bare minimum they can do, the more the prospect interacts, the more interested they are in learning more.
Where do I find my leads?
A link in the email briefs of each webinar should contain the Salesforce Lead List.
What happens if I send the email and get no response from the template?
Outreach templates are once-off email templates that Marketing has created. If the prospect was engaging with the webinar, do your best to follow up on these emails.
