Functionality:
SuperOps is geared towards MSPs - its a mix of generic PSA and very immature RMM
Agent based RMM that supports Windows, macOS and Linux

Does has 3rd party Remote Control tool, no built in RD. Splashtop licence is part of your licence
3rd party patch management is done via Chocolatey library
Reporting module is very limiting - they only support out of the box reporting templates. As a workaround you can schedule dashboard to be sent to your customers. Howver those will not be in PDF report version.
Mobile app is very limited and geared towards the ticketing mostly
You can start / stop timer on tickets from the mobile app
OS or 3rd party patch management IS NOT available through mobile app - it is NOT on a roadmap
You can remote into machine from the mobile app directly from the superops app, there is no support from the multi monitor RD
