If the prospect responds positively, the response email will be forwarded to the Rep
Anne will also be CC'd on all these emails
Marketing will pass all MQLs into Salesforce that Sorpro is contacting and the leads will be passed as A+ leads
Marketing will assign the lead to the appropriate NCA Rep
The NCA Rep will call and email the lead on Day 1 in an attempt to confirm the meeting
If the prospect doesn't show or isn't qualified by either of these 2 sets of questions by answering YES, the lead will be moved as a B-lead
