Why should prospects consider Syncro MSP? Prospects may see Syncro as an easy-to-use platform that bundles RMM and PSA at a low price, but it lacks the depth and support required to foster long-term MSP relationships.
Unlimited RMM agents for Windows and Mac devices are occasionally a more appealing option.
Remote sessions are only available through Splashtop. Easy to use, but there is a high risk of security breaches.
Built-in PSA functions include a help desk ticketing system, billing and invoicing, CRM, and asset and inventory management.
Apparently a good solution for small MSPs, but the lack of scalability can be problematic. Furthermore, core-RMM features are insufficiently robust for a highly professional service.
Usability and UI in general can be an issue, resulting in longer onboarding and training times.
The mobile app is unfriendly and difficult to use; it has a low rating.
