Toni oversees the Specialist Programmes, Curriculum Development, Relievers, Student Care & Management, Support Staff, Enrolments and shares school discipline with Garth and Kent
Kent oversees Curriculum Development, Inquiry, Professional Development, in-class supervision, Tutor Teachers, Mentoring
Garth oversees School Property, OSH, Routines & Organisation, shares events supervision with Russell, shares school discipline with Kent & Toni

Along with Team Leaders, A.P’s, RTLB’s & Principal, Toni supervises our internal student focused pastoral care programme.
This involves:
Liaison with Attendance Officer to help follow up attendance concerns, especially for Y1 - 4
Home visits to follow up behavioural, social/emotional concerns
Working withToni & Russell to manage & maintain the behaviour management systems

Oversight & management of Library Assistant
[Library Assistant to work 3hrs/day to manage shelving, accessions, mending etc.]

Classroom teachers must release children on request. With-holding a child from a specialist programme will be the result of negotiation not refusal. Specialist requests for children at unexpected times will also be the result of negotiation not demand.
