3. Digital Setup                 

• Class Blog setup/roll-over

  • Include nice welcome to the class of 2024

• Class Site set up

• Individual Blogs setup/rollover -detailed instructions here

  • Last year's class teacher is responsible for inviting this year's teacher to Author the blog, then raise them to Admin

  • Last year's class teacher is responsible for changing the settings for Posts and Comments being emailed to 2023 teacher

  • 2024 teacher is responsible for

    • adding all the kids' blogs to their sidebar via a gadget

    • changing the description on the home page eg I am in Room xx and my teacher is Miss xx

  • If student has left PES (either as Y8 or just left) we have a protocol for closing down access to posting and commenting on their blog

  • Kent will update school website links
