Mandy’s support role with Technology Enhanced Learning covers various areas. Although Mandy’s main responsibility is working within the elearn team, dealing with queries received through Service Desk, mostly focusing on Moodle queries. These can be from making sure modules have been created, that members of the university community have access to their modules, even creating external accounts for partnership colleagues, to name but a few.
