Fiona is a Research Associate who focuses on EDI and Social Justice.

Fiona joined the University in February 2020. She supports projects related to EDI and student success, particularly for underrepresented groups. She also works on external surveys, most notably the NSS, PRES, MPRES, and PTES.

Prior to this, Fiona spent four years working for UPSU in roles that supported student voice and representation, research, and academic quality assurance. She also worked in FE.
