Project: Major Site Plan & 3-lot Subdivision Phase 1; Modifications to the GGC PDD to permit relocation of the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival to the site, new open-air theater, outdoor pavilion and housing for artist and visitors (existing banquet/restaurant facility to remain); the 225-seat indoor theater and 20-room hotel have been eliminated from the project’s scope. Expected Action Item: Board to discuss 6/9/24 site visit and determine whether a public hearing should be scheduled for the July meeting.
KPB Properties, 201 Old West Point Rd. W, Garrison, NY 10524, TM#71.20-1-4
Project: Major Site Plan; Applicant seeks site plan approval for the construction of a 5,000 square foot building to house an office, equipment and material for a landscaping company operation, along with an access drive, parking and outside storage. The site contains a single-family house that will remain. A new driveway entrance for the landscaping company is proposed from frontage along Route 9. The driveway for the single-family house will remain from Old West Point Rd. West. Landscaping and a fence are proposed to separate the uses on the site.
Expected Action Item: Applicant to present latest plans to the Board; Board can declare the matter an “Unlisted” SEQRA action, determine whether referrals to outside agencies should be performed, and whether a Site Inspection should be scheduled.
