Project: Minor Site Plan: Applicant is seeking approval for new construction of a single-family home to be served by a new subsurface sewage treatment (septic) system and private water supply well.
Expected Action Item: Board to consider adoption of approval resolutions.
Krasniqi Plaza, LLC, 3626 Rt. 9, Cold Spring, NY 10516, TM#17.-1-43
Project: Major Site Plan; Applicant’s current proposal involves construction of a 9,500sf building in front, and a 5,300sf building in the rear. The applicant proposes to use the front building for offices relating to their existing fencing and heating oil businesses. The rear building would be subdivided into 4 units for contractor storage and office space. Also proposed is an 8,800 sf of outdoor storage area, appurtenant driveways, parking, landscaping, stormwater management practices, a septic system and a drilled well.
Expected Action Item: Applicant to present revised plans and NYS DOT’s review of proposed driveway access; Board’s traffic consultant to discuss status of DOT’s findings and mitigation measures proposed; Board to discuss next steps.

Project: Amended Site Plan (Minor); Applicant is seeking approval for construction of 2 garages (28’x30’) in support of a service business.
Expected Action Item: Board to review latest submission and determine whether to schedule a site visit.

Project- Amended Site Plan (Minor); Applicant is seeking approval for new construction of a single-family residence and detached accessory structure (pool house) to be served by a subsurface sewage treatment (septic) system and private well supply well.
Expected Action Item: Applicant to make initial presentation to the Board; Board can classify project as “minor”, declare the matter a “Type II” SEQRA action, concluding the Board’s environmental responsibilities, and then determine whether a Site Inspection should be scheduled to evaluate potential environmental impacts.
